However, our website and all WoW Classic support remains offline at this time. It should once again be able to connect to our servers and download data for the Retail version of the game. TradeSkillMaster (TSM) is a modular addon suite designed to help both players new to the gold making scene as well as experienced auction house goblins streamline their gold-making processes including everything from crafting things to buying mats to snatch (deal finding) lists to creating and canceling auctions. On the plus side, we have been able to re-enable the TSM Desktop Application in a limited capacity. We'll be providing another update as soon as possible with more information once we fully work through the remaining backups and have a good idea of what was lost and what the next steps are there. However, it does appear that data was lost that we aren't able to recover. We've been working hard today to restore as much as we can from our backups and get things back up and running. Unfortunately, early this morning US time, we were notified by our hosting provider that the hard drive containing our primary database died, and they were unable to recover any data from it. We would like to provide a brief update on the status of TSM services.
